A chef, who had the worlds best teacher his mother and life.

My interest began when I was just a child and my mother taught me how to bake bread. I spent my younger years studying at agriculture college, so I understand food from its very beginning. From sheep herding to growing tomatoes.

Cooking has always been my therapy and greatest love, so I decided to take it to a professional level some years ago.

Throughout my life I have been inspired by culture, food, herbs and combinations of flavors. This interest has led me to live and explore many places and experience and create diverse flavors, that I use in my cooking today.

Every sauce, every dish made by hand..I am a chef who never takes shortcuts.

For me food is not just a part of the day, its not just free energy..it's life.  So each of my dishes represents health & fantastic herbs, whole foods, and flavors combined.

This is why all my food is fresh, non-processed, and there are no use of artificial flavours or unhealthy alteratives such as palm and seed oils.
