A passionate chef, with speciallses in South American, especially Chilean, as well as South European & Nordic cuisine.
A diverse and delicate palette with a balanced view on creating a dish, with the perfect mix of whole foods & herbs.
The diverse cooking abillity comes from being from Chile, and having roots in Italy & Spain. The Nordic cuisine comes from living part of life in Sweden, as well as work in Norway.
French, Greek and other South American are big influence in cooking, due to many years of travel & work.

A multi-skilled humble chef, with interest in improving health with food.
Food is a pathway to health and a brilliant way to break social barriers.
Beef, seafood, poultry, vegetarian I can cook to many preferences and palettes.
I thrive in multi-cultural & singular kitchens, due to being tri-lingual and having a high interest in a variety of cuisines.
There is something very special about working in a kitchen where you are affected by different cultures and cuisines, but also equally rewarding to work in a kitchen that is centered around one cuisine.
Flexibility, interest and motivation to continue learning through your journey as a chef is very important, as the journey of learning never really ends in the kitchen.
