A chef, who had the worlds best teacher his mother and life.
My interest begin when I was just a child and my mother taught me how to bake bread.
Through my life I have always been inspried by culture, food, herbs and combinations of flavours. This interest has led me to many different locations and flavour experiences, that I use in my cooking today.
Every sauce, every dish made by hand..I am a chef who never takes shortcuts.
For me food is not just a part of the day, its not just free energy..its life. So each of my dishes represents health & fantastic flavours combined.
This is why all my food is fresh, non-processed, and there are no use of artificial flavours or unhealthy alteratives such as palm and seed oils.
Why I am a chef?
Food has always been my greatest passion. I go to the kitchen to create, to inspire with every dish.
I cook because I love it, I love the reactions of happy consumers and cleaned plates.
I love the look on my wife's face after a great home cooked meal. My biggest interest is experimenting and improving my food, taking inspiration from around the world as well as focusing on my native roots of Chile.
